FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS
One of the software tools used by our designers, is the QNK program in accordance with DIN 22101. This program provides a detailed simulation of a respective load's radial forces acting on an idler which is enhanced with the TASMTEST module, which calculates the units of resistance for individual sets of idlers , pulleys, product disposal points and conveyor cleaning equipment.
Our software allows quick calculation of motion resistance, drive power, belt forces and belt strength. The program has the ability to calculate the resistance of movement for conveyors with variable slope of the route with frontal drive, reverse drive and indirect drive.
A useful tool in our process is the DynaBelt program, this tool facilitates the analysis of material loading on conveyor belts.
DynaBelt allows you to analyse the results of simulation tests carried out on a discreet model of the conveyor both in dynamic and static angles.
