The goal of INTERkraz is to guarantee the highest quality of the products offered, thus providing maximum satisfaction to all our customers. To achieve this, we use high quality materials and provide comprehensive quality control of all products.
Our quality management system conforms to ISO 9001: 2015 in addition to independent testing by world class research centres such as TUNRA Bulk Solids at the University of Newcastle. We also understand there could be a high the risk of explosion is in underground mining environments. Therefore, our idlers have been tested to meet AS1334 & MDG3608 in relation to FRAS rated components. In addition, we implement the necessary tools to improve all components, through comprehensive control of the production process, audits and detailed inspections. It is also worth mentioning Lean Management systems are used throughout the production process.
The on-going development of our manufacturing facility and expansion of the company over a sustained period is testament to our dedicated staff and quality processes which allows us to adapt quickly and flexibly to changing market conditions.
An example of constant development and improvement of INTERkraz products is the establishment of our on-site laboratory, designed to test conveyor idlers for compliance with the SANS 1313-3 and DIN 22112 standards. Demonstration of conformance of conveyor idlers to Australian standards has been undertaken independently by TUNRA BULK SOLIDS (Newcastle Institute for Energy and Resources (NIER), The University of Newcastle) and confirmation of results can be provided upon request.

The key to our success is undoubtedly the comprehensive cooperation we establish with our clients, from the costing stage, design, through production, to quality control and finally, delivery of the finished product. Most importantly, we maintain transparent communication with the customer, allowing us to meet additional requirements regarding the order. One of the software tools used by our designers, is the QNK program in accordance with DIN 22101. This program provides a detailed simulation of a respective load's radial forces acting on an idler which is enhanced with the TASMTEST module, which calculates the units of resistance for individual sets of idlers , pulleys, product disposal points and conveyor cleaning equipment.
